Welcome to Best Value Inn & Suites!


Thank you for choosing us for your stay. We’re committed to providing a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To help make that happen, we’ve put together some helpful guidelines. By booking or staying with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below.


1. Reservations & Check-In

  • Booking Your Stay: A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. All bookings are based on availability and will be confirmed upon acceptance.

  • Check-In Time: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Need to arrive early? Let us know, we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on room availability (additional charges may apply).

  • Identification: A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

  • Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve and check in.


2. Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment: Full payment is due at check-in. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Plans change—we get it! To avoid any cancellation fees, please cancel at least 48 hours before your check-in date.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged for the first night of the stay.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued according to our cancellation policy. Processing times may vary depending on your method of payment.


3. Room Occupancy & Guest Conduct

  • Occupancy Limits: Each room has a set maximum number of guests. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to make changes to your occupancy.

  • Quiet Hours: For everyone’s comfort, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Non-Smoking Property: We are 100% smoke-free. Smoking in rooms or indoor areas will result in a cleaning fee.

  • Pet-Friendly Rooms: Pets are welcome in designated rooms! A pet fee applies, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends and any related damage.


4. Amenities & Services

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests. Please note that service quality may vary depending on usage and conditions.

  • Parking: Free on-site parking is available. While we do our best to keep it safe, guests are responsible for their vehicles and belongings.

  • Housekeeping: We provide daily housekeeping. If you’d like to skip it for the day, just let the front desk know.


5. Damage & Liability

  • Room Condition: Please keep your room in good condition. Let us know right away if anything is damaged or needs attention.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure your belongings.

  • Damage Fees: Any damage to the property, whether accidental or intentional, may result in fees for repair, replacement, or extra cleaning.


6. General Policies

  • Accessibility: We’re happy to accommodate accessibility needs—just let us know in advance so we can assist.

  • Safety First: For everyone’s safety, unauthorized visitors are not allowed in guest rooms or public areas after 10:00 PM.

  • Alcohol & Conduct: Feel free to enjoy alcohol responsibly in your room. Illegal activity, including drug use, is not tolerated and may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. We encourage guests to review them regularly to stay informed.
